Baked Tofu

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch / corn flour
  • 1 Teaspoons Italian garlic and herb 
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  1. Drain the water from tofu and dry with paper towels. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Combine olive oil, corn starch, italian garlic/ herb, red chilly powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Lightly grease a baking tray with oil spray. Dip the tofu in the mixture and then lay on a baking tray.
  4. Bake on 400 degrees for 25 minutes and enjoy!
Baked tofu is a very  regularly featured
