Baked Tofu
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch / corn flour
- 1 Teaspoons Italian garlic and herb
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
- Drain the water from tofu and dry with paper towels. Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Combine olive oil, corn starch, italian garlic/ herb, red chilly powder, pepper and salt.
- Lightly grease a baking tray with oil spray. Dip the tofu in the mixture and then lay on a baking tray.
- Bake on 400 degrees for 25 minutes and enjoy!
