Soya chunks fried rice/ Soya nuggets pulao




 This is an easy quick fix dinner option. The combination of soya and vegetables makes it healthy and nutritious.

What you will need:
1 cup cooked long grained rice
1/4 cup soya nuggets cooked as per instructions on pack
1/2 cup mix of green peas, corn, carrots, bell peppers
1 onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tablespoons oil
salt as per taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a wok and add the onions and fry them until golden brown. Now stir in the vegetables. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the rice and soya nuggets and top with chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and mix well.  This tastes good as it is and needs no side accompaniments..a very good lunch box option!
