Kale is a green leafy vegetable belonging to the cabbage family. It is a great source of vitamins 'A', 'C', magnesium, potassium and iron. It is nutritionally very rich and is considered as a natural remedy for ailments like high blood pressure, cholestrol and even some cancers. This refreshing juice recipe combines kale with the goodness of pineapple.

such a healthy drink. how does it taste? I mean sweet or sour or something else?
ReplyDeleteIt is a sweet drink highlighted with the tartness of lemon and pineapple .. Khatta meetha as we would say in Hindi.. But definitely not sour. You can add more honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
DeleteVery healthy drink and refreshing with cucumbers n nice color..
